Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems
Proven capability to tackle challenging technical issues
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to peers and junior engineers
Experience leveraging GenAI coding tools and Agentic development
Extensive experience in Agile development, continuous integration, and delivery
In-depth knowledge of secure software development practices
Proven experience implementing various application architectures
Experience developing and delivering software across various Web and Mobile platforms
