Principal Product Manager

Role Overview

• Relations with card schemes (CB / Visa / Mastercard / Amex): represent the Product team and actively participate in the various bodies and forums organized by the schemes.
• Maintain ongoing strategic monitoring of schemes' products and mandates.
• Lead exploratory discovery phases to anticipate market developments and feed the product roadmap.
• Business development for large accounts relies heavily on a network of orchestrators and PayFacs.
• You will work cross-functionally with these key players.
• Drive product-to-product relationships with our strategic partners, in coordination with the Partnerships team.
• Actively promote our new features to partners.
• Conduct performance reviews and collect partner insights to contribute to the continuous, reciprocal improvement of our products and integrations.
• Conduct exploratory studies with Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams to identify new market opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate the launches of new features, working closely with all involved teams (engineering, marketing, operations, sales and legal).

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in the payments sector (PSP, acquirer) and 2 years in a similar Product Management role.
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem in France (FrenchSys, GIE Carte Bancaire, OSMP).
• Strong understanding of payment challenges specific to e-commerce (one-time payments, payment on shipment, recurring payments, pre-authorization).
• Deep mastery of Product Management methodologies and tools (Discovery, Delivery, Data analysis).
