Design and build agentic workflows that automate and accelerate parts of the SDLC
Develop tooling and orchestration layer for AI-assisted code review, testing, and delivery
Identify bottlenecks in developer workflows and build AI-powered solutions
Maintain and evolve internal developer portal and shared tooling
Create data-driven insights to help teams improve engineering practices
Collaborate closely with product and platform teams

Strong software development background
Built production systems and understands reliability
Curious about AI, LLMs, and agentic patterns
Cares about developer experience and reducing friction
Communicates clearly and enjoys teamwork
Comfortable navigating ambiguity
Experience with TypeScript, Java, or Golang
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Working with LLMs, AI APIs, or building agentic systems
