About this role

Lead complex integrations and design API-based workflows
Own the technical onboarding experience and deliver implementation plans
Advise customers on IAM solutions and support integrations with SIEM and SOAR platforms
Support technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and expansion opportunities
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on discovery calls, demos, and solution scoping

Strong experience in technical integrations within complex environments
Hands-on understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and data flows (GraphQL is a plus)
Solid knowledge of identity and access management solutions (e.g. Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint)
Some experience working with SIEM and SOAR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or XSOAR
Experience in customer-facing work and thrive in pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity for solving customer problems
