Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) to consistently build a strong pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth – lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more.
Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
Sales experience: Minimum 2 years (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling.
SaaS or tech industry background is a strong plus.
Language skills: Native-level French and fluent English mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
Communication: You’re a natural communicator – clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and speech.
Adaptability: You know how to tailor your message on the fly, quickly adapting to different audiences and situations.
Organized & focused: You manage your priorities effectively while staying focused on long-term goals.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion is a bonus.
