Role Overview

Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in a consulting firm, agency, or studio
- Degree from a top engineering, business, or design school
- Strong interest in experience design, technology, and innovation
- Dual skill set: strategic vision and delivery-oriented mindset
- Proven track record in business development (acquiring and growing accounts)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong command of business fundamentals: profitability, staffing, performance monitoring, and risk management
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
