Develop strategic concepts to increase transparency, predictability and process stability in Material and Order Management as well as Sales & Operations Planning
Conduct holistic analysis, evaluation and co-design of end-to-end processes in the Order Processing Center across all involved plants and sites
Derive and further develop future-oriented process and system architectures, including clear target-state definitions, roadmaps and governance for integrated order processing and efficient materials management
Assess and implement modern technologies for digitalization and process automation, and design, execute and lead cross-functional projects
Ensure the successful implementation of new processes, including structured change management measures
Prepare and present decision and strategy documents for executive management, division managers and cross-functional committees

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in strategic production system or process development
Excellent methodological knowledge in production network planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Experience leading complex transformation and digitalization initiatives
Solid knowledge of supply chain and production processes, including Smart Manufacturing, Digital Twin and cross-functional planning
Proficient user of SAP (e.g., MM, SD and CRM) as well as project management tools
Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
