You identify and develop customer potential (trades, construction, energy suppliers) and actively build partnerships
You conduct advisory and sales conversations (remote & on-site) and accompany the process through to closing
You qualify enquiries, prepare offers, and ensure prompt, reliable responses
You manage and strategically grow existing customers (up-/cross-selling, framework agreements, referral network)
You monitor market and competitor developments and derive concrete actions for your region
You accurately document your pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales (field sales or hybrid model) with proven success in prospecting and closing
Basic technical understanding, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong customer orientation
Structured working style, strong teamwork skills, and confident handling of challenges
Class B driving license and willingness to travel for regional customer appointments
Fluent German (C1)
