Lead the planning, production, and delivery of content across all five Regional Leagues (EML, SAL, NAL, CNL & APL), as well as Majors and the Six Invitational, ensuring alignment with Ubisoft’s brand and BLAST’s standards.
Act as the primary content contact for Ubisoft, maintaining clear communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the content pipeline.
Drive content ideation at BLAST
leading creative sessions and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging concepts.
Manage the full content lifecycle, from ideation and pre‑production through filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Work closely with broadcast, creative, and marketing teams to enhance storytelling, fan engagement, and competitive narratives.
Commission, brief, and manage third‑party vendors, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
Oversee content budgets, resource planning, and financial tracking to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
Monitor content performance across platforms and use insights to inform future creative and strategic decisions.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Provide regular updates and reports to BLAST and Ubisoft stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
4–6+ years in content production within esports, sports, entertainment, or broadcast, with a track record of managing end‑to‑end production.
Ability to ideate, pitch, and deliver compelling content that drives fan engagement and strengthens storytelling.
Strong organisational skills and experience running multiple projects across teams and regions.
Proven ability to manage production budgets, optimise spend, and forecast accurately.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect creative teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Understanding of video production workflows, editing tools, and post‑production processes; hands‑on shooting or editing skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, fan behaviour, and content trends across platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, social, broadcast).
Experience working cross‑functionally with creative, broadcast, marketing, and external partners.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, balancing long‑term planning with quick turnarounds.
Proficiency in English required; additional languages (e.g., French, Danish) are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally for event‑based production and on‑site collaboration.
