Role Overview
- Own operational delivery across multiple projects
- Support people management for ~10 direct reports
- Establish and maintain delivery governance
- Serve as an external point of contact for clients
- Be available for short-notice travel
- Lead continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical delivery and leadership
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI or equivalent BI tools
- Strong client relations skills
- Practical understanding of data workflows
- Experience with public sector or emergency management work is strongly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks
