Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of major Vantage platform features and services
Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability across the Vantage codebase
Partner closely with product management, ML engineering, cloud architecture, and UX teams to define and deliver capabilities that meet enterprise customer and compliance requirements
Proactively identify and drive improvements to Vantage's services, infrastructure, and development processes
Monitor the reliability and performance of Vantage cloud services; lead resolution of critical incidents
Evaluate emerging technologies – including advances in GenAI – and translate them into concrete improvements for the Vantage platform

10–13 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C# and .NET
Experience mentoring Senior Engineers, Principal Engineers, and Engineering Managers; recognized as a technical authority within a product organization
Demonstrated experience delivering cloud-native SaaS products on Microsoft Azure, including containerized microservices on AKS, event-driven architecture, and API-first design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems across distributed systems and design scalable, maintainable solutions
Experience with compliance-driven engineering in regulated environments (SOC 2, GDPR, FIPS, STIG, or ISO frameworks)
