The R&D Test Engineer is a hands-on role responsible for testing and validating new and existing products in an in-house lab.
The engineer uses equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and DMMs, integrates test systems using LabVIEW and Python, and develops automated testing setups.
They design and execute test plans to meet UL safety standards, collect and analyze data, and report results.
The role also supports prototyping, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, building test fixtures, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and external test facilities to ensure products meet performance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the engineering fields of Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or related field, or equivalent experience (required)
Basic understanding of core engineering principles and development tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read/understand schematics, PCBs, and mechanical drawings
