Acting as the regional expert for planning systems architecture, GUI, and functionality
Providing advanced technical guidance and support to Super Users and End Users
Ensuring seamless integration between system functionalities and business processes
Collaborating with global teams on system-related developments
Driving knowledge management and capability building through comprehensive documentation, training materials, and targeted skill development initiatives
Supporting change management for system implementations
Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance system efficiency

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree or professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or system-specific certifications preferred)
8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in supply chain planning roles
Must have 3+ years of hands-on OMP usage experience
3+ years of direct experience with planning systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
Excellent training and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build capability across diverse teams
Proven track record in change management and driving user adoption of new systems and processes
