Role Overview
- Design and implement AI/ML architectures (LLMs + traditional ML models)
- Develop scalable and high-performance AI solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks
- Build and oversee robust data pipelines for training and inference
- Ensure alignment between AI systems and business objectives
- Drive AI governance, monitoring, and model optimization
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Promote AI adoption across the organization
- Communicate AI strategy and business value to stakeholders
- Foster innovation and continuous learning within AI teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production
- Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and traditional ML methods
- Advanced Python proficiency
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with MLOps tools
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, SQL, and NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
