Conduct scoping meetings with partners to present the project, required documents, and the timeline
Analyze and understand partners' needs and business challenges
Support partners with onboarding-related issues
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure a coherent and realistic project schedule
Support partners in adopting the solution and remotely deploying the project (coaching, webinars)
Ensure the operational implementation and configuration of the project
Provide functional expertise to partners and deliver practical solutions
Design and deliver upskilling programs for partners (webinars, coaching sessions, training materials) to ensure their autonomy and the quality of deployments
Proactively propose improvements to the onboarding service and the solution
Requirements
