Role Overview
- Own the product end-to-end, which includes ideation, planning, development, launch, growth and maintenance
- Create roadmaps, goals, and success metrics to align with Tilt's mission
- Utilise SQL and other in-house data tools to dive deep and shape the product
- Join technical and design discussions to address approaches and requirements
- Directly manage your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, etc.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering scalable, impactful mobile products from scratch
- 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, startups, or industries like mobile games, eCommerce, travel, or fintech
- Strong analytical skills, using data and market insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and a keen eye for exceptional product experiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders and driving product vision.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
