Lead and sustain all JJPS/Operational Excellence business processes, Lean leadership behaviors, and the overall Culture of Excellence at the site.
Implement and manage effective continuous improvement (CI) processes and governance across the platform.
Provide timely OPEX updates to the Site Leadership Team and represent the site in regional and functional OPEX forums.
Partner with cross‑functional leaders to define and deploy the Platform Vision, Mission, and Long‑Term Strategic Roadmap, aligned with MTO & DOTS Strategy.
Use business metrics, analytics, and internal/external insights to shape strategy, goals, and critical decisions.
Coordinate the development and deployment of Global OPEX goals, objectives, and change management initiatives.
Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for: Annual CIP pipeline, target setting, and business planning/financial cycles.
Managing the Platform cost improvement portfolio in Planisware.
Oversight of site CIP KPIs.
Ensure adherence to the Platform Performance Management cadence and deliver high‑quality site performance review materials for external platform reporting.
Drive value stream mapping to identify capability gaps and deliver reliability, throughput, and productivity improvements for all strategic brands.
Lead deployment and execution of major OPEX strategic initiatives including: Smart Changeover & OEE SCORE Golden Batch Waste to Excellence / Yield Improvement Zero‑Based Budgeting (ZBB) Global Ideation Workshops for GP Improvement.
Provide standards, guidance, and oversight for Lean/Six Sigma training (YB/GB/BB) across the platform.
Coach and mentor candidates for Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management certifications.
Manage talent development of direct reports, including performance management, resource planning, recruitment, and budget oversight.
Drive idea generation, Kaizen events, internal/external benchmarking, and ongoing CI maturity.
Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure sustainable adoption of improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required
Advanced degree (MSc or MBA) preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum 8 years in Operations, GET, MSAT, Planning, or Project Management
3–5 years leading a continuous improvement or Lean function
3–5 years managerial experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Certified Lean/CI professional (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
Strong financial and business acumen; able to translate strategy into measurable value
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and deploying JJPS/production systems and RCPS
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
