About this role

Support internal analytics initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across teams
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI and data visualization tools
Assist in managing and organizing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Identify and integrate new data sources to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
Help optimize existing data pipelines and reporting workflows
Contribute to documentation and best practices for data governance and reporting

Currently a senior undergraduate, recent graduate, or enrolled in a graduate program in an analytics-focused discipline or closely related field (statistics, data science, etc.)
Experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Sigma (preferred), Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Experience training or working with AI/ML models is a plus
