Define the enterprise data strategy and roadmap for the standalone DePuy Synthes organization.
Establish enterprise data governance, quality, and stewardship frameworks.
Build and operate the company’s modern data platform and data lakehouse architecture.
Enable enterprise data integration across ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, clinical data, and commercial systems.
Develop and deploy AI/ML capabilities across: supply chain optimization predictive maintenance demand forecasting quality analytics clinical and product analytics commercial insights.
Lead enterprise automation strategy including: robotic process automation intelligent workflows AI agents operational automation.
Build advanced analytics capabilities supporting: commercial performance surgeon engagement hospital analytics supply chain optimization financial planning.
Ensure global data governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI practices across all data and AI initiatives.
Build and scale world-class global data, AI, and analytics teams.

10+ years experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles
Experience building enterprise data platforms and AI programs at scale
Strong experience leading data transformation in global enterprises
Deep expertise in: AI / Machine Learning

Experience supporting regulated industries preferred (MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare).
Experience supporting enterprise carve-outs or large-scale digital transformation programs preferred.
