Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong backend development experience in Python (APIs, microservices, FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Experience with automated testing and Python performance best practices.
Solid experience with GCP, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows.
Experience building event‑driven systems with Kafka.
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
Familiarity with Sentry, Elastic Stack, and GCP Cloud Logging.
Ability to lead technical discussions and document decisions clearly.
Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability principles.
