Act as a key partner to the Sales team, supporting deal execution and contributing to an efficient and scalable sales process. Including managing and editing contracts and writing proposals.
Own and coordinate the end-to-end RFP/RFI process, ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely submissions.
Translate client requirements into clear and compelling proposals in collaboration with Sales and Solution Consultants.
Drive data quality and process discipline in the CRM, ensuring reliable pipeline tracking and actionable reporting.
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of sales support processes.
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in sales processes and ways of working.
Support People & Culture in maintaining an effective office environment, contributing to a positive and well-functioning workplace
Requirements
+2 years experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations or a similar administrative/commercial support role.
Good understanding of sales processes and ability to follow and support structured workflows.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Clear and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and basic reporting tools (Excel).
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
Attention to detail and sense of ownership over tasks and deliverables.
Team player, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across teams.
