About this role

Help to keep projects moving through the agency
Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes to take projects from concept through to implementation
Work with all internal departments during the life of a project
Be trained and possess extensive knowledge of multiple submission platforms
Understand assets delivered by creative team to prepare for submission
Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures
Maintain jobs in system
Pull weekly project financial reports
Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
Assist Senior Project Managers and greater project management team
