Act as a proactive scout for the network, reviewing NMC tickets, alarming data, and existing automations to spot trends and identify new opportunities for innovation
Perform deep-dive data analysis into various systems to evaluate the performance of current workflows and determine their business impact
Synthesize information into a cohesive picture that enables the team to improve the network through strategic automation
Stay in sync with the broader US-based team to ensure all automation efforts align with current operational needs
Focus on implementing and maintaining automation to minimize and eliminate manual processes and enhance proactive solutions
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience
Foundational Python knowledge or significant experience in Network Automation
Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets
Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in ticketing and notification systems such as vRepair, Remedy, UTP, and Echo
Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US day shift (specifically for weekly staff meetings and initial training)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and adapt
