Support China IC Substrate Business Team in coordination and of all ICS activities, including customer service, training Engineers, product roadshow, trial run at customer, technical discussion and trouble-shooting
Capable of working customer service and analyzing CVS independent
Spend over 50% of time in front of customers, impressing them with technical competence and capabilities in ICS market area
Capable of analyzing and organizing data and document related to the product knowledge and its application know-how, support sales team gain new business
Clearly communicate the technical knowledge for the ICS product, positioned to the competition, to the Chinese sales and technical service team
Capable of support the NPI/GDAC Team for the respective product or product group
As needed, organize and lead the efforts involved with local equipment vendor, and subsequent equipment deals with customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience in IC substrate factory or Circuit board factory, technical service, application development, or product support within the chemical industry
Proven track record in managing technical service functions in sectors such as PTH, copper plating of DC mode and pulse
Proficient in reading and writing English, with basic oral communication skills
Willingness to travel regionally to support customers and teams
