Manage the entire negotiation and closing cycle for our software, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
Actively manage the sales funnel and pipeline in the CRM, ensuring predictability and progress of opportunities.
Proactively generate and prospect new opportunities, complementing the work of SDRs and expanding the sales pipeline.
Identify, develop and qualify business opportunities within the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), aiming to achieve established targets.
Establish a consultative pitch and an approach tailored to each prospect’s profile and market segment.
Prepare commercial proposals that reinforce the perceived value and return on investment (ROI) of the solution.
Demonstrate the GClick system and all its functionalities, linking the solution to prospects’ pains and needs.
Act strategically in negotiations, involving decision-makers and influencers in the buying process.
Engage with the Omie Ecosystem, exploring opportunities to generate value and broaden solution adoption.
Ensure accurate forecast and pipeline reporting in the CRM, providing visibility into business potential and opportunity progression.
Requirements
Experience in B2B consultative sales
Experience selling ERP, Software or SaaS
Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies (SPIN, Challenger or similar)
Experience managing pipeline and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle
Hunter profile, focused on opportunity generation and achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct negotiations and build value with clients
Differentials:
