Work on financial planning by preparing analyses, projections, budgets and income statements (P&L), supporting strategic decision-making.
Develop performance analyses and variance reports comparing actual, budgeted and projected figures, with a critical perspective and focus on corrective actions.
Consolidate, analyze and ensure the reliability of financial and operational indicators (KPIs).
Support cost and expense management, ensuring accounting allocations comply with company policies and guidelines.
Produce management and system reports on costs, expenses and results for leadership.
Conduct financial feasibility studies, return analyses (ROI) and assess the impacts of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor indicators related to strategic projects, variable compensation (PPR) and performance management.
Support the management close process, ensuring integrity, governance and data quality.
Act as a partner to business areas in using financial data for management and resource optimization.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
Prior experience in financial planning, financial data analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
Logical reasoning, analytical mindset and experience in managing and consolidating financial data.
Proactive profile, strong communication skills and openness to new challenges and continuous learning.
Availability to work in Campinas or Amparo.
