Development Engineer

Role Overview

• Develop products to support market-driven growth opportunities
• Perform lab-scale trials and generate reliable data analysis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work closely with internal team members to understand material and manufacturing constraints
• Participate in scale-up production process and improve quality
• Communicate with direct supervisor on progress and prepare reports
• Work with EHS, supply chain and facility to source and maintain lab devices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Material Science/Material Engineering/Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Well-developed analytical skills
• Knowledge of polymers is a strong plus
• Experience with PTFE or thermoset resin are preferred
• Knowledge of halogen free flame retardant is preferred
• Ability to Communicate in English
• MS Office Software skills
