Technical Guidance: Provide architectural and design leadership, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
Recruitment & Retention: Identify hiring needs, participate in recruiting efforts, and foster a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Continuous improvements & process optimization: Implement and refine engineering processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Team roadmap: in collaboration with your Team Product Manager, you will build the quarterly roadmap of the team

Proven experience (5+ years) in engineering management or a similar leadership role in a SaaS or e-commerce-focused organization.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system design.
Proven ability to integrate AI Agents into the development lifecycle (e.g., automated code reviews, agentic testing, or AI-driven CI/CD) to enhance developer productivity and software quality.
Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and modern engineering practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you speak English and French.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on driving business impact through engineering excellence.
