5+ years of professional experience in investigations, loss prevention, fraud review, compliance, or security-related roles
Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Security, Business, or related field preferred
Background in private investigation, corporate investigations, retail loss prevention, insurance investigations, or due diligence is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of real-world investigation workflows, reporting, and evidence review processes
Ability to translate real job situations into clear, structured written instructions
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience reviewing documents, reports, or case information and making logical conclusions
Ability to write clear, factual, and realistic task descriptions without exaggeration or fictional elements
Good written English communication skills
Comfortable working with guidelines and following structured formats
