Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end, including keyword generation and campaign setup.
Own budget performance and conversion costs (CPA/CAC), with full responsibility for efficiency and scaling.
Build and execute A/B testing plans, generate and validate hypotheses, and run continuous experiments.
Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC), identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
Conduct regular reporting and deep-dive analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Developers, Designers, and Copywriters to create and improve ad assets.
Communicate with external partners (Google, Microsoft) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Product/Brand Managers) to align on strategy and performance.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and 2+ years with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
Strong experience in top English-speaking markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia)
Solid understanding of PPC in US and Western European markets
Proven experience managing large budgets ($100K+ monthly)
Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor
Strong knowledge of measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking (including GA4)
Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models and funnels
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimization gaps based on data
Ownership mindset, with the ability to independently manage and scale performance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English level (written and spoken)
