Conduct economic and financial analysis of the Company, with critical review of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Lead preparation of quarterly results materials (earnings releases, presentations, scripts, Q&A), ensuring consistency among narratives, KPIs and explanatory notes.
Monitor and analyze peers and market estimates (consensus), anticipating deviations and supporting guidance and outlook messaging.
Monitor the shareholder base (the Company and peers).
Manage the area's IRM (Investor Relations Management system), recording, qualifying and tracking interactions with analysts and investors.
Manage and update the IR website, ensuring accuracy, user experience and compliance with regulatory obligations and best practices.
Support the IR events agenda (conferences, NDRs
non-deal roadshows
and roadshows) and prepare the executive team for market interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Investor Relations, with familiarity with disclosure processes.
Fluent English.
Advanced MS Office skills, with advanced Excel (modeling, analysis, charts) and PowerPoint (visual storytelling).
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial mathematics.
