Role Overview
- Create Dashboards using Tableau with Databricks for end users
- Demo work in virtual settings, obtaining feedback to enhance dashboards
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with team members
- Create and maintain datasets from disparate data sources using SQL
- Tell stories with data and motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations
- Engage with Data Engineers to build-out data infrastructure
- Participate in GitHub code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Partner with customers to gather and mockup requirements for dashboard solutions.
Requirements
- 7 years’ experience in data and analytics projects
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, analytics or other field
- 2 years’ experience in JIRA, GitHub and Confluence
- Experience with statistical software and database management software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing (e.g., OLAP, dimensional modeling)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of version control and reproducibility.
