About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day B2B operations
- Communicate with business clients by phone and in writing
- Maintain, update and document customer data in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, appointments and payments
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Assist with recurring sales and marketing tasks, campaigns and analyses
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy handling day-to-day tasks
- You are comfortable making phone calls and engaging with customers
- Initial experience with office work, CRM systems or customer communication is an advantage
- You are eager to learn, detail-oriented and want to develop in sales
- Interest in startups, B2B sales or hemp/cannabis products is a plus
