Mid-level Commercial Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

• Participate in Financial Planning and the preparation of the Sales and Expense Budget for the Commercial area;
• Monitor, analyze and prepare explanations for major variances; develop and analyze reports for the Commercial area;
• Create, maintain, update and analyze management reports and dashboards in an automated manner;
• Ensure the flow of information to support tactical and strategic decisions across the served areas;
• Propose and implement optimizations of processes, reports and financial data used by the area;
• Support Commercial teams with opportunity analyses and identify risks in expense lines;
• Interact with other company departments to ensure information flow supports strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, IT, Marketing, or related fields;
• Strong skills in forecasting and planning;
• Ability to perform strategic analyses and propose alternatives to address business needs;
• Good communication skills – able to translate complex information for different departments across the company;
• Strong logical reasoning and process-oriented thinking.
• Experience in commercial/financial planning areas, monitoring sales, targets and expense control;
• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Intermediate Excel;
• Intermediate English;
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics or Business Management;
