About this role
Role Overview
Produce advanced studies and analyses for new propositions related to payment terminals, understanding members’ profiles, products and stages of the relationship cycle, turning data into strategic business insights to identify patterns, trends and opportunities
Promote, together with business areas, the use of data to solve problems and improve business results
Build data dashboards capable of identifying business opportunities
Organize and maintain the data pipeline development cycle
Act as a promoter of data culture within the organization, improving and demonstrating results obtained from the use of Data Analysis across multiple areas
Support strategic decisions with quantitative studies and data-driven recommendations
Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements, metrics and analytical solutions
Ensure best practices for documentation, versioning and monitoring of data processes
Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of data processes, methodologies and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics or related areas
Analytical thinking
Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills
Experience in the Financial Market
Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Experience with data analysis/manipulation tools such as Databricks or similar
Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs and developing ad-hoc studies
