About this role
Role Overview
- Work with B2B consultative sales for medium and large clients, especially feedlots and intensive beef cattle operations;
- Conduct an in-depth diagnosis of the client’s operation (breeding, rearing and finishing), identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency;
- Present agricultural management software solutions, linking features to productivity gains, control and financial return (ROI);
- Lead complex, high-value negotiations involving multiple decision-makers;
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, diagnosis, proposal and closing);
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM (RD Station);
- Perform technical field visits and strategic meetings with clients;
- Prepare customized commercial proposals and follow negotiations through to formalization;
- Build long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic partner.
Requirements
- Education: Technical or higher education in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or related fields.
- Experience with complex consultative sales (B2B);
- Experience with medium/large clients, preferably in agribusiness;
- Experience selling high-value solutions (mid/large average ticket);
- Practical knowledge of beef cattle production, with a focus on feedlot and intensive operations;
- Experience with the complete sales cycle;
- Experience with CRM (preferably RD Station).
- Valid driver’s license (CNH)
- Availability for frequent travel
