Lead technical discovery with both acquiring and acquired company stakeholders to uncover integration or migration needs.
Analyze and map technical infrastructure, systems, and data flows of both companies to identify integration points and redundancies.
Facilitate application rationalization, identifying which platforms to consolidate, retire, or migrate post-merger.
Design process and data migration strategies; manage execution and the migration and merger projects
Create detailed runbooks and technical documentation for all migration and integration processes.
Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, priorities, and success metrics across projects and workstreams.
Identify stakeholders, secure resources, and coordinate cross-functional technical teams to deliver value and resolve blockers.
Build and manage program plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
Drive clear, consistent multi-level stakeholder communication, including decisions, priorities, status and health reporting, and risks.
Ensure successful delivery, rollout, and adoption through effective change management while measuring outcomes against KPIs.
Requirements
Deep understanding of enterprise technology environments, system architecture, and software design principles
Advanced knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, including deployment and integration
Ability to collaborate closely with IT engineers at a technical level
Experience with testing methodologies and tools to ensure quality deliverables
Strong analytical skills, including reading and interpreting relational data
Ability to read, write, and translate technical and business requirements; experience creating process flow diagrams
Solid understanding of cross‑functional business processes (sales, marketing, quote‑to‑cash, finance, etc.)
Being self-starter who proactively identifies and mitigates project risks
Strong project and program management background, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMP certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; independent-thinker mindset with the ability to stay focused on high level goals and outcomes
