Systems Administrator – Windows/Linux

Role Overview

• Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
• Troubleshooting, incident management and environment maintenance
• Implement updates and patches, and monitor performance
• Document processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• More than 5 years of proven experience in Windows and/or Linux systems administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar)
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and service request handling
• Good knowledge of system updates, patch management, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Experience in server maintenance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations clearly
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with Azure (a plus)
• Solid experience with VMware monitoring
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers.
