Develop executive dashboards that consolidate data from critical channels and enable detailed analysis by entry profile, brand, and other dimensions;
Perform integrated analyses across channels and customer journeys, identifying patterns, correlations and improvement opportunities;
Prepare impact analyses to prioritize root causes;
Ensure data governance by keeping rules, definitions and technical documentation up to date;
Execute data quality routines to ensure integrity, consistency and compliance with LGPD;
Produce periodic management reports with practical recommendations for business areas and executive leadership;
Monitor KPIs and SLAs for critical channels, tracking performance and customer experience;
Build studies and business cases that demonstrate benefits, costs and results of implemented improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field;
Postgraduate degree in Analytics/Data Engineering is desirable;
Desired knowledge in:
Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query);
Intermediate/advanced SQL for data manipulation and analysis;
Advanced Excel for high-complexity modeling and analysis;
Basic Python (pandas) — desirable for automations and analyses;
Applied statistics, LGPD and RCA techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto).
