Provide operational support for user issues and requests of custom applications modifications
Analyze and translate requirements from user constituents
Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging of custom applications
Manage Salesforce system platform security with best practice implementation
Participate in team and client meetings to ensure program needs are met

Bachelor's degree in software development or related
4+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of Salesforce administration and development
Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration, algorithms, and architecture
Demonstrated skills in translating customer requirements into technical specifications
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
Ability to make changes to production deliverables on short notice
Understanding of data security for confidential and protected data
