Lead solutions that directly impact our clients' operations and experience
Design and develop solutions on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Implement Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows and integrations
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure code quality, testing and performance
Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting code reviews and mentoring
Participate in agile ceremonies and architectural decisions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and Salesforce standards

Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer (senior level)
Proficient in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC/Lightning Components
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in complex projects
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or similar)
Knowledge of best practices, unit testing and version control (Git)
Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and with a results-oriented mindset
Fluent in Portuguese and available to work under CLT (Brazilian employment contract), remote
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.) — a plus
