Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers
- Drive a cross-functional, unified customer experience
- Enable onboarding, adoption, and realization of business value through VMware technology
- Communicate with assigned customers to ensure best-in-class execution
- Collaborate with VMware project teams and other departments
- Participate in quarterly training programs to enhance technical knowledge and soft-skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12+ years related experience required
- Proven work experience in customer-facing positions
- Strong business acumen and technical skills
- Experience with VMware’s VCF, Infrastructure SDDC (vSphere), Cloud Environment (Cloud services, VMC/AWS, vCloud director), Network Virtualization (NSX), Automation/Monitoring (Aria Suite)
- Ability to communicate key topics of VMware’s solutions across all customer levels
- Skills in creating Success Plans and technology roadmaps
