4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management.
Experience in successfully building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment.
8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution.
5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects.
Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives.
Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development.
Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs.
Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.
