Lead business process discovery workshops for Procure-to-Pay business process
Document “as-is” and “to-be” Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business flows
Define functional scope and requirements for Oracle Fusion Procurement
Analyze integration touchpoints (existing and future state)
Validate Business Process Design documents and Functional Design Specifications
Identify and document global vs regional process variations
Collaborate with Data Migration and OCM teams
Identify and support RICEW inventory estimation and regression testing
Work closely with the Change Management and Training team
Contribute to project deliverables including scope definition and effort estimates

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or equivalent)
15+ years overall Oracle ERP experience
At least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud (PO, AP, SSP, Approvals)
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Proven ability to lead workshops, define requirements, and document fit-gap analysis
Exposure to Capital Procurement processes
Familiarity with Oracle EPM (EPBCS) planning integration
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience in multi-region rollouts and collaboration with offshore/onshore delivery teams
