Drive sales growth for ABT products and solutions by executing a clear commercial plan.
Develop and manage your territory, including the following: understanding current and potential customers and market dynamics, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts, as well as prioritizing activities to use time effectively in the field.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and act as a reliable business partner.
Negotiate and implement tailored business development plans and follow up on progress with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in CRM systems (appointments, opportunities, forecasting).
Develop solid product and market knowledge and clearly communicate ABT’s value proposition.
Travel extensively within the territory (approx. 80%) and occasionally internationally for events or congresses.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales; experience in dental or medical devices is an advantage.
A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
Strong new business development orientation: comfortable prospecting, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long‑term customers.
Resilient and self‑driven: able to stay motivated, handle objections, and maintain momentum in a role with high autonomy.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to understand customer needs.
Motivation to learn, develop, and consistently improve.
Fluent German (native or near‑native) and good English skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
