About this role
Role Overview
Conduct thorough research on properties using various data sources
Investigate property characteristics, zoning information, sales history, market trends
Gather and organize data on comparable properties, market conditions
Assist in the preparation of appraisal reports by entering researched data into appraisal software
Keep up to date with local real estate market trends and regulatory changes
Work closely with appraisers to ensure all required property data is collected
Maintain and organize property files, research notes, and databases
Review collected data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; Industry related field preferred
1+ year of experience in real estate research and/or market analysis required
Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting
Strong data software applications skills
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives
