Property Research Analyst

Role Overview

• Conduct thorough research on properties using various data sources
• Investigate property characteristics, zoning information, sales history, market trends
• Gather and organize data on comparable properties, market conditions
• Assist in the preparation of appraisal reports by entering researched data into appraisal software
• Keep up to date with local real estate market trends and regulatory changes
• Work closely with appraisers to ensure all required property data is collected
• Maintain and organize property files, research notes, and databases
• Review collected data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Industry related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in real estate research and/or market analysis required
• Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting
• Strong data software applications skills
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives
• Effective listening and critical thinking skills
