Gain hands-on experience through three rotations across different locations and Supply Chain functions, including Manufacturing, customer service, logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality.

A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have gained relevant experience through an internship or similar
Leadership ambition, examples of where you have demonstrated leadership qualities in education, through hobbies or in a work context
Fluent in English and German (Domestic/International) mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme.
