Understanding business needs: Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' business needs and objectives by organizing interviews and working closely with operational teams
Process analysis: Review existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
Writing functional specifications: Develop clear, detailed functional specifications that describe system requirements and serve as guidance for development teams
Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate closely with end users, development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions
Project monitoring: Provide ongoing project follow-up, identify potential obstacles and propose solutions to keep progress on track with established deadlines
Requirements
Degree in business, management, computer science, Supply Chain or a related field
Operational English level (B2) or higher
Minimum 5 years' experience on digital transformation projects with a specialization in supply chain
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and proven knowledge of ERP solutions such as SAP, Manhattan or Reflex
Proven knowledge of associated modules (WMS/TMS, Air Supply)
Advanced skills in process analysis, gap identification and process optimization
Excellent writing and presentation skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
