Role Overview
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Utilize data and automation to optimize customer journeys and campaign performance
- Analyze and utilize campaign data to guide strategy and improve client success
Requirements
- 5+ years of SFMC technical experience
- Demonstrated strong technical proficiency and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, certification preferred
- Proficiency with Data Cloud, AMP scripting, Data Extensions, Data Filters, Dynamic Content, Customer Journeys, etc.
- Strong proficiency with SQL for query writing, analysis, and campaign implementation
- Understanding of CRM platforms and working with complex data and legacy systems
- Experience with project management software and prioritizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt communication style to a number of different audiences
- Ability to be agile, resourceful and pivot priorities
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
