Role Overview
Define and own the global marketing strategy for the Retail Business Unit, aligning brand, product positioning, and commercial.
Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Own and evolve the global brand strategy for Retail, ensuring strong differentiation, clarity of value proposition, and leadership positioning in competitive international markets.
Establish marketing as a measurable growth engine by building scalable demand generation frameworks, pipeline contribution models, and customer expansion strategies.
Ensure strong alignment between product innovation and market needs by leading product marketing strategy across the full portfolio.
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership. Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Engagement to ensure coherent global execution and consistent customer messaging.
Build, structure, and develop a high-performing global marketing organization.
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS, retail technology, or hardware/software hybrid and multicultural environment.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (specialized marketing preferred; communications only is not sufficient)
